IMPORTANT NOTICE. DUE TO STAFF SICKNESS WE ARE SHIPPING ONLY ON MONDAYS AND THURSDAYS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

All our parcels are Royal Mail tracked and fully insured. Tracked 48  ( Tracked48 is only brand name of Royal Mail and doesn't mean that order will be delivered within 48 hours from ordering. The Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2 -3 working days from accepting the package )  has a flat rate of £4.50 and delivery time of 2-3 business days . Orders placed before 10am will be send same day depending on stock levels.

For your peace of mind you should receive an email and SMS, if your mobile number was provided, with your tracking details once your parcel had been dispatched. Please check your Spam/Junk folder as well. The tracking service timings are for delivery only and not from the time we receive your order.

We are mostly able to process your order the next day. Sometimes same day! Orders received over the weekend will not be sent until Monday. We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The customer is responsible for paying custom fees if required, these are not included in our prices. You will be contacted by email or phone by the delivery provider so these MUST be provided when ordering.
