All our parcels are Royal Mail tracked and fully insured. Tracked 48 has a flat rate of £4.50 and delivery time of 2-3 business days.

For your peace of mind you should receive an email and SMS, if your mobile number was provided, with your tracking details once your parcel had been dispatched. Please check your Spam/Junk folder as well. The tracking service timings are for delivery only and not from the time we receive your order.

We are mostly able to process your order the next day. Sometimes same day! Orders received over the weekend will not be sent until Monday. As we hand make all items, occasionally there maybe a delay due to production or glassware deliveries. In these cases we aim to have to you asap and will notify you.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. The customer is responsible for paying custom fees if required, these are not included in our prices. You will be contacted by email or phone by the delivery provider so these MUST be provided when ordering.
