2. *Timeframe for Returns*: Products must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a full refund. For a credit against the next purchase, returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.

3. *Condition of Returned Products*: - *Unopened Products*: Eligible for a full refund if returned within 7 days of receipt. - *Opened Products*: Eligible for a credit against your next purchase if returned within 14 days of receipt.

4. *Return Process*: To initiate a return, the customer must notify us with proof of postage and send the product back to Unit AG4A, Anglo Trading Estate, Shepton Mallet, BA4 5BU.

5. *Return Shipping Costs*: The customer is responsible for covering all postage costs for returning the products.
